- Maintain back end finances in QuickBooks, create and reconcile invoices, and create efficiencies within QuickBooks to help increase timely payments.
- Run timecard reports and report hours against retainers in order to understand and improve profit margins.
Project Management
Project Management is crucial to making sure both clients and your employees are happy. A successful project manager is agile enough to adjust timelines so they don’t stress out the internal team, and provide updates to the client so their expectations are set up for success throughout the project. Sometimes projects pop up and you aren’t ready to hire someone full time, but you don’t have internal bandwidth, or you have a project that is only going to be temporary and need someone to dedicate focused time on it.
- Project Manager
- Complete ownership of a project from start to finish.
- Work with your staff to provide deliverables to clients within a specific timeline.
- Provide updated reports and communication on progress, roadblocks, and opportunities for upsells or cross sells.
- The goal is to manage all the project pieces both internally and with the client to make sure all the trains arrive at the station at the correct time and order.
- Project Coordinator
- Work closely with a project manager to provide meeting notes, updates on deliverable status, timelines, and meeting schedules.
- Create, update, edit presentations for internal or external needs.

Costs
Costs are dependent on your needs. You may need a mix of a few different roles, that’s okay.
